When told what the cost was for each lead generated and that there was no contract, no long term commitment and the sign-up fee of $25.00 was applied to the first lead received, I asked myself "Why not?" I was spending a lot of money on Google's pay per click service to promote my own website which I had been doing for years now so I figured it was worth a shot.
After a few months, I can say the service has been terrific, I really like it and it plain works. I currently have 2 listings from LeadToRealty I would not have had without their service. I like the way they qualify the leads first before sending them out. I usually respond right away when I receive a LeadToRealty email, wherever I am so I am first in the door so to speak, with the lead. I just received a buyer lead today while shopping at Staples so I called the lead and spoke with her while in the store. She was nice, receptive to me and I will be working with her and her family to find a home. All in all, LeadToRealty is a good service, one which I so far, have found credible. By the way, I have been a Realtor for the past 35 years and have seen a lot of the so-called lead generating services come and go and most have been marginal at best.
