- 1) How is LeadToRealty different from other services?
The main difference between LeadToRealty and other Lead Generation Services is that we phone verify all of our Prospects. This ensures that you actually receive ‘warm’ Prospects versus the form-generated leads from the other services. Additionally, we introduce you as the expert Agent to the Prospect during our phone conversation.
- 2) What is your phone validation process?
Our phone validation process is based on having a live conversation that uses a series of questions to determine if a prospect is a genuine, interested lead who wants professional assistance to buy or sell a home. These questions are similar to the questions an Agent would ask during their first conversation with a prospective buyer or seller.
- 3) What type of Prospect information will I receive?
Your Prospect profile includes information about the buyer or seller, including price, buy/sell timeframe, desired zip codes, price range, # of bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, etc. Additionally, we provide more comments that summarize additional ‘deal closers’ that the Prospect has indicated to us, such as: two-car garage, central air, finished basement, renovated kitchen, good school district, etc.
- 4) Are there any fees to start using your service?
No, we have no fees to start our service or any ongoing monthly maintenance fees. Our per-prospect pricing means that you only pay for the Prospects that you receive -- as you receive them.
- 5) Do you have any business references?
Yes, we have many business references. If you click on our testimonial link you can read reports from our active Agents, including their full name, company and office location. Additionally, as a testament to our legitimacy, we have been awarded preferred partner status with both Keller Williams and Prudential Real Estate.
- 6) How will I be notified when I receive a new Prospect?
We use a real-time notification process via e-mail and mobile messaging. Once a prospect has been phone validated to be willing and able to buy or sell, you are immediately notified – typically within minutes of the phone conversation. Please be sure to ask about the mobile text messaging feature when you activate your account. Also, please be sure to disable any SPAM filtering and configure your system to allow e-mails from LeadToRealty.com.
- 7) How many Agents receive the same prospect?
We provide 2 types of service plans. Our Exclusive Option guarantees that our Prospects will only be sent to one Agent. Our Non-Exclusive Option means that our Prospects will be sent to only 2 Agents. We do this to ensure that our Agents and Prospects have choices and we also know that 90% of Prospects will contact multiple Agents. This gives our Prospects and our Agents the best chance to form a productive working relationship.
- 8) Where do you advertise to generate Prospects?
Although we advertise on major search engines and have many capture websites, you get the benefit of not needing to worry about that because we charge you on a “per lead basis.” If we invest $1,000,000 dollars on Google and only generate 1 valid lead for you, you’re still paying the same price for the prospect. This means you can focus on closing real estate transactions.
- 9) What happens if I get a prospect that isn’t interested?
While this does not happen often, we know that prospects sometimes change their minds or disclose different details than they presented to us when we validated their information. We ask that you consider the big picture and move on to the next prospect. Again, with the 10 Prospects that you receive we are confident that you will be able to move forward to escrow with 1 or 2 of our Prospects. However, we do offer the option to open a case on an individual prospect within 15 days of receiving the Prospect. Just open a case in your online account and our Customer Service Department will review it.
- 10) How will I be billed for Prospects?
You are only billed for Prospects as you receive them. That means we will only charge your credit card when we phone validate and match a prospect to your desired Prospect criteria.
- 11) Do you have a return policy?
We offer Prospect Replacements for those Prospects who meet our replacement criteria. Please contact our Customer Service Department for more details. Please note: we do not provide any refunds.

LeadToRealty is located in Seattle, Washington. However, we are a national company that services Real Estate Agents across the United States.
